Take massive action on the information provided in the modules and get your marketing channels set up as soon as possible! Take advantage of the coaching calls and support from the successful coaches as well!

There are close to 100 courses in the members area, and we are continually modifying each course to make sure each course is bringing you the most value and knowledge pertaining to wholesale.

After the 12 months in the program, and after your first deal, acceleration would be the next step! In acceleration you will scale your business to 1-3 deals per week and start hiring out team members!

Questions about the Free Facebook Group Marketing

We recommend using your personal FB account to post in Free Facebook groups.

 

Wait until you have 40 FB groups joined at a minimum and then start to post!

To find more Facebook groups in your area to join, using any type of maps, either on your phone or online, find the neighborhood names or sub-city names in your area and use those in the search bar when looking for more groups. You should be posting in about 8-10 groups a day.

You should try to be in at least 150 groups or more!

  1. I would alway refer to anyone I am selling a deal to as a partner. In the acquisition script at the end we talk about setting expectations. This is where you need to be clear on what is happening next to avoid discussing this with the seller. 

We recommend that you start at 75% of ARV. This is always going to change however 75% gives you wiggle room to increase the price if need be as well as ensure you are getting a good deal with the seller.

  1. Rule of thumb is if you are having trouble finding comps then a prospective buyer is going to as well. Get with a realtor to figure out if this is an area worth investing in.
  1. The assignment per our contracts are not valid till earnest money is deposited. If they have not, then you are free to sell it to someone else.
